Windsor Wheelchair Relay Raises $20,000

Sponsors, volunteers, staff, clients, media and the community joined the Canadian Paraplegic Association Ontario at the WFCU Centre to help raise funds for our programs and services that support individuals with a spinal cord injury. This was a great time had by all with lots of wheelchair fun, balloons by Jangles the Clown, face painting, food, including a 65th Anniversary cake, great prizes, a raffle and silent auction and great music by That Guy.

We had a record 16 teams join the day and help raise $20,000 for CPA Ontario!

Windsor Relay Beats all Previous Fundraising Goals
With the assistance of the community, $20,000 was raised at the 4th Annual Windsor Wheelchair Relay held on Sunday, March 28, 2010. 
 
SAVE THE DATE for 2011
Due to the overwhelming response from the community this year, we will be moving the event to September 10, 2011! It will still be held at the WFCU Centre but will be outdoors to accomodate more teams, sponsors, vendors and other fun activites!
